We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card, and Bank Payment online. Cash accepted on orders set for pick up.

Products list will be emailed once CellCo Plus account is activated and approved. 

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within one business day. If orders are received on the weekend then they will be processed the next business day.

You can check your order status using the shipping tracking number or calling our support representatives. 

You may cancel an order after it has been shipped under the following conditions:
1 – Package is not opened and not used.
2 – Order cancellation is approved by your account manager.
3 – You pay for the return shipping cost.
4 – Returned products are charged a 25% restocking fee.

The refund is normally processed within 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package.

Shipping Costs are NOT refundable.

We use FedEx, UPS, Purolator and Canada post.

Yes, contact one of our account managers to facilitate samples. 

Reseller must inform the Account Manager immediately upon receiving the shipped defective or wrong merchandise. Defective products may be shipped back to our warehouse at no extra cost to the reseller and will be replaced. We will replace the wrong stocks with merchandise after we receive the previous shipment within 5 business days.

Yes, all electronic products have 30 days warranty from the date of order under the following conditions:

  • There is no physical damage
  • There is no water damage

Please discuss discount related matters with your Account Manager before placing orders.

In the event of a strike by the shipping company, we will use alternate options available and the difference in price will be adjusted to the Shipping Invoice.

The wholesale service is mainly designed for resellers and we require a full account setup before any business transactions.

Yes, you are welcome to visit our showroom; open weekdays from 9 AM till 5 PM and Saturday from 9 AM till 3:00 PM. Prices on the website matched the pricing of products in the warehouse.  

No, the showroom may have newly arrived products and variations that are not currently updated on to the site.
